Spare Rib Chops Casserole

Ingredients:

  • Root vegetables, peeled & chopped
  • Water or stock
  • Neuadd Fach Baconry Spare rib chops
  • Dried stuffing mix
  • Butter

Put vegetables in bottom of pan. . Add water to top of vegetables. Rest spare ribs on top. Sprinkle over dried stuffing mix. Butter the lid. Put into oven and cook slowly for about 2 hours on gas mark 3 (325F, 170C)
